Bookkeeping for your business
Keeping your books current isn’t only for the IRS. It’s so that in any month of the year you know whether your business is making or losing money, and how much you should be setting aside for taxes.
What you need to bring
- Business bank statements
- Invoices and expense receipts
- Sales or deposit records
How long it takes
Monthly or quarterly, depending on your volume
If there is anything unusual about your case, we tell you on the call before we start.
How it works
-
You bring us the paperwork
Bank statements, invoices and receipts. On paper, as photos or as digital files — whatever you have.
-
We classify every transaction
What’s income, what’s a deductible expense and what isn’t. This is where money is made or lost.
-
We hand you numbers you understand
A report in plain language, and how much you should be setting aside for taxes.
-
Tax season arrives without drama
Your return gets prepared from numbers that are already in place, not from a box of receipts.
Who it’s for
- Businesses that are billing and don’t know what they’re really making
- Owners who pay their taxes in one lump and want to stop being surprised
- Anyone who needs financial statements for a loan or a license
Questions we get
Do I have to bring everything on paper?
No. Legible photos or digital files work just as well. What matters is that it’s complete.
I’m months behind. Is it still possible?
Yes. The further back it goes the more work it is, but it gets caught up. Call and we’ll tell you what that means in your case.
Will this help me apply for a loan?
Yes. Banks ask for financial statements, and those come out of the bookkeeping. Without current books there are no statements to hand in.
Call and we’ll tell you what’s next
In two minutes we’ll know whether your case is simple or whether we need to sit down.
